About E-Registration:

In order to improve quality of service and to safeguard government interest, BOR Sindh has decided to introduce an electronic system of automated deed registration. The objective of this new system is to overcome the shortcomings of the existing process and further facilitate general public. This system will enhance the efficiency of data capture, storage and shortens registration processing time.

e-Registration Process:

Keeping in view the challenges in existing system, BOR Sindh has decided to introduce an electronic system of automated deed registration. The objective of proposed system of e-registration is to overcome the shortcomings of existing process and further facilitate the general public through automation, better record keeping and in terms of time saving.

  • Initiating Deed Registration Process
  • Verification of paid duties (Stamp Duty, FBR Tax)
  • NADRA Biometric verification of parties
  • Allotment of Property Number and Registered Deed Number
  • Printing of registered document and Issuance to citizen
